We have a rare and unique 1956 English Ford Squire Woody Wagon available. The wagon has been completely restored top and bottom, inside and out, starting with an exceptionally rust free example. The exterior wood trim has been fully refinished and evoke the period when the world moved slower and wagons were the practical utility vehicles in the world before pickups left the farms. The car was done as a labor of love and has resulted in a finished and cute vehicle. You may never see another example anywhere done this well. This utility wagon is powered by an original Ford 1172cc flathead engine that starts and runs well. All of the mechanicals are completely restored and the car is easy to drive, solid, and operates well. This design was Ford’s answer to the economy utility market in an era when small cars were mere novelties in this country. It has exceptional eye appeal and proves that less is more with its minimal trim and sparely populated dashboard. Even the engine bay was been pared to just the items needed to make the car function. The car would be great to add to a full sized Woody Wagon collection. It can carry four full size people in a diminutive package. It could also be used as a marketing vehicle to advertise your business with period looking graphics added. Fun to drive around town and is ready to go today. The car comes complete with service manuals and period literature. Buy this car and make people smile wherever you go.
