This Minor has been beautifully restored. Rare, unique, cute, and a blast to drive. It’s not too often you find a gem like this one that has been put together at such a level. There are a few years since the restoration, but it still looks fresh. With the power of the 1275 and the Sprite gearbox, it goes down the road in modern traffic without hesitation. It is drivable and enjoyable. The rare and hand made soft canopy top really sets off the truck. Minilite rims, Disc brakes, This truck is fun! It draws a crowd and many a question. Put your company name on the side of this one and you have a billboard that gets noticed.
Originally called the Mosquito, the Morris Minor was introduced at the Earls Court Motor Show on September 20th, 1948. After the millionth Minor rolled off the production line on December 22nd 1960, the Morris Minor 1000 was introduced.
The restoration was done beautifully on this Minor 1000 pickup! It looks and drives as good, better than it did in the 60′s. These pickups are hard to find because most of them were used as service vehicles and eventually found their way to a junk yard after a long life of manual labor. This Minor is a rare left drive vehicle that is a great addition to anyone’s car collection.
