$340,000

We have for sale a 2005 Ford GT, VIN: 1FAFP90s85Y401757. It is equipped with all four options: stripes, lightweight wheels, McIntosh stereo, and silver painted calipers. The Car has only been driven 39 miles from new. This car has never even been titled and is still on the Manufacturers Shipping Order (MSO). The car was purchased new in Corvallis, Oregon from a small Ford dealer and includes original window sticker, dealer cost invoice, tags, and much literature including an unopened promotional kit. It has been stored inside in a heated garage its entire life and of course looks just like new. These Ford GT’s were built to commemorate Fords four consecutive 1966-69 wins at the Lemans 24 Hours by the original Ford GT40’s. Ford GT’s are breathtaking to look at and are so true to the race versions — it is hard to believe Ford could produce such a car and make it street legal. The power is supplied by a dry-sumped, supercharged 550HP all aluminum 5.4 liter 32 valve Ford V-8. The powerplant is mated to a 6 speed limited slip transaxle, that puts the power to the road through 19×11.5 inch BBS wheels shod with incredibly wide tires. The sound with engine running lets you know the car means business, but is not obnoxiously loud. While I have only driven this car into the trailer and from there into the showroom, I have been lucky enough to drive another example and can say the experience is very rewarding. Ford GT’s give great feedback while driving, and are not twitchy nor high strung. It has phenomenal torque so it will reward each bit of throttle with a request for more, all the while letting you know it will not be expensive high maintenance miles like most all Italian exotics. No new clutch needed at 20,000 miles here. This car is sure to appreciate, whether driven or not. If you missed out buying a new one in 2005, here is another chance. Offered at $340,000. Feel free to call Bob @ 541-342-1520 M-F 8:30- 5:30 M-F, or 541-543-6791 cell if any questions.
